Cancellation Policy

Set out below are the terms on which Jen Adams provides service to her clients, so please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment with Jen Adams

Cancellations or re-arranging appointment If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact Jen Adams direct,  you can re-arrange an appointment you have up to 24 hours before appointment time. e.g Friday at 11am can be re-arranged on thursday at 10am without loss of deposit or treatment from package. This applies to time or day changes, any re-arrangements of appointments need to be re-booked within 7 days of original appointment without loss of booking fee or deposit, and appointments can be re-arranged up to 3 times.

Appointments can be re-arranged up to 3 times, on the 3rd time a further charge of £25 will be taken from the card. Failure to attend 3rd appointment will result in loss of booking fee or deposit.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Prior to your appointment,  Jen will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment or reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of the value pack treatment or deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.

Credit card details, deposits and payments For an appointment a deposit of 50% of the treatment/therapy may be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment. For an consultation a fee of £25 may be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment. This fee is deducted from your first treatment cost when booked within the consultation. Cash payments can be made when arrive for appointment and refund to card can be made, or the other 50% can be payable by cash! Jen does not accept cheques, bank transfers can be arranged at the time of booking,

Courses of treatments All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. If you need to cancel or re-arranging and the terms are not adhered to then one treatment will be deducted from course purchased. Some treatments courses may have a 6 months expiry dates or 12 month. You will be advised at the time of purchase. Any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited. Courses are only refundable for medical reasons with Doctor's note. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
